I have disabled Cortana on this notebook. I do not see the pop-up Cortana issue on the one system I have that is at least similar to your own setup. The Driver files on the system appear to indicate that three finger tap, press, and flick are supported. (.) The Specifications are vague on this subject. I do not find anything in the User Guide that directly indicates the system supports three finger tap. The Drivers I do find for V19.2.4.0 and for V 19.0.12.95 Rev.A indicate the Driver supports "general touchpad functionality (for example double-tap and scroll) and provides a user interface".
